HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
We're always happy to answer your questions. In our book, the customer is always right and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Email us at help@stripeandpetal.com with any comments or questions.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Care for your jewelry by treating it kindly. No harsh chemicals, cleaners or detergents. Don't shower with it, don't leave it in a humid bathroom, don't slather sunscreen or liquid makeup on it and just use common sense! 

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE MY PURCHASE?
All purchases arrive beautifully packaged in lots of stripes (of course). We make sure everything is packaged properly so it will arrive in tip top shape. We even include a little goodie with each purchase that will make you smile.

DO YOU DO GIFT WRAPPING?
Absolutely! Giving and getting gifts is the best! All of our shipments are packaged in snappy stripes and we take great pride in our gift wrapping too. If your order is a gift, you'll be able to note that at checkout. Gift wrapping is an additional $7.95 for each item. 

WHAT IS RHODIUM PLATING?
Rhodium is a white metal that has the look of bright silver. It is currently considered the world's most expensive precious metal. It resists scratching and tarnishing and is nickel free so is great for sensitive ears. 

WHAT IS MY JEWELRY MADE OF?
All of our jewelry is made of different materials and comes from different craftspeople and vendors around the world. The product description should tell you all you need to know, but if you have questions, feel free to contact us at help@stripeandpetal.com.

 

SHIPPING

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $50 in the Contiguous United States.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed before noon EST Monday through Friday will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will go out the following weekday. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please note, any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday.

WHAT CARRIER SHIPS MY ORDER? 
Orders are sent via UPS or USPS. 

WHERE DO ORDERS SHIP FROM? 
Orders ship from beautiful Darien, Connecticut.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet! We currently ship to the Contiguous United States only.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING & HANDLING?
We do offer expedited shipping in the Contiguous United States. We can't offer expedited shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO Addresses.
Next day shipping is a flat rate of $45
2 day shipping is a flat rate of $25
3 day shipping is a flat rate of $15

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We understand that when your purchase arrives, it may not fit the bill. You may return your purchase for a full refund or credit within 14 days of the ship date as long as it is unworn, in the original packaging and with tags still attached.

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
Yes! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return. If you would like to make a return, please email us at help@stripeandpetal.com to get a return authorization number and we'll email you a pre-paid return label.

DO I HAVE TO USE YOUR PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL?
No, it is not necessary to use our return label but it certainly is easier! If you would like to ship and track the package using your own carrier, please ship to the following address:

Please note that we will not be held responsible for lost return packages. Please make sure to track and insure any returns you make to us using your own shipping account. Also all returns must have a return authorization number so please be sure to email us to get it before making your return.
