WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We understand that when your purchase arrives, it may not fit the bill. You may return your purchase for a full refund or credit within 14 days of the date you received your package as long as it is unworn, in the original packaging and with tags still attached.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
Yes! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return. If you would like to make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization number and we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
MORE NITTY GRITTY DETAILS ABOUT OUR RETURNS
Original shipping costs of items are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a return authorization number which you can get by emailing us at email@example.com. Please write this return authorization number (RA#) clearly on the outside of your return box.
We will not accept any items that are:
*Not in original condition, are damaged, missing tags or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
*Returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card account again. If you still haven't received your credit, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a new item, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll work it out!
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please use the free return shipping label we will email to you after you have emailed us to request a return and received your return authorization number.
It is not necessary to use our return label but it certainly is easier and free! If you would like to ship and track the package using your own carrier, please ship to the following address:

Please note that we will not be held responsible for lost return packages. Please make sure to track and insure any returns you make to us using your own shipping account. Also, all returns must have a return authorization number so please be sure to email us to get it before making your return.
